Refund Policy

You can exchange a product for a different product within 15 days of receiving it. You must have the original price tag and receipt. The product must be in new, resalable condition. You can exchange a product at any Torr store or by contacting Torr customer service.

Please Note:

• Discounted or special offer items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Monetary refunds are not available.
• You must inspect the product for quality issues within 15 days of receiving it.
• You are responsible for all shipping charges.
• Non-quality issues are not accepted for return.
• For unfulfilled pre-paid orders, refund will be provided within 7-10 days
